Joe Button's business is built on the premise of being able to cost-effectively deliver high-quality, tailored garments which are, by their very nature, one of a kind products. However, with their legacy online store they were only able to offer pre-built products based in predefined SKUs, leaving them unable to offer online their exceptional in-store experience of making a suit to measure.

RANDEM first designed and delivered a brand new store with a clean, on-brand design on the best-in-class SaaS ecommerce platform, setting Joe Button up with the opportunity to grow. We then concentrated on the "build your own" application and delved deep into User Experience analysis and design to determine the optimum way for a user to interact with the application and "build" their suit. Finally, we developed and tested the custom application and tightly integrated it with the new ecommerce store ensuring the design and user flow was seamless to enable ease of use and high conversion.
